  • WHAT SHIPPING SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

    • We offer three methods of shipping:

  • FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

    • We will offer free standard shipping with orders over £30, and this will automatically be deducted from your order upon checking out.

  • EXPRESS SHIPPING: £4.99

    • Your order will arrive the next working day Monday-Friday. If ordered after 2pm on Thursday, your order will arrive on Monday the following week. If orders are placed Friday-Sunday online, you will receive your order on Tuesday the following week.

  • STANDARD SHIPPING: £2.99

    • You will receive your order within two to three working days Monday-Saturday. If ordered after 2pm on Thursday, your order will arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. If orders are placed Friday-Sunday online, you will receive your order on Wednesday.

PLEASE NOTE:

Orders to the Scottish Highlands or Channel Islands may take an additional day for delivery.

  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    • We can ship to most International countries, excluding Australia, and we offer a flat rate for orders of up to 5 items.

  • WHAT IS THE COST?

    • INTERNATIONAL TRACKED STANDARD: £8.99

  • HOW LONG WILL MY INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS TAKE?

    • Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

    • IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please be advised that you will be responsible for any customs charges with your MAKEUP54 order and these will vary from country to country. If you don’t accept these charges, then your order will be returned to MAKEUP54 and we will deduct any charges we incur from your order upon refunding.

  • IS MY ORDER TRACKED?

    • Yes, as part of our third-party provider service your parcel will be tracked. You can find your tracking number on your email order confirmation.

  • WHAT IF I’M NOT IN WHEN MY PARCEL ARRIVES?

    • Most parcels will be able to be posted through your letterbox. If it is too big for your letterbox, our third-party provider will leave a card and a note for you to collect your item at a local office.
